Meet the Client

First Legal is a legal support company with branches and offices across the nation. As litigation support providers, they work closely with insurance companies, law firms, and the justice system.

Although First Legal was well-known within their industry, they were seeking a greater market share. To accomplish this, we developed a strategy to revitalize their online presence. It was important that their website reflect their status as leaders in their field. Ultimately, we created a website filled with concise and informative content. Furthermore, we took special care to ensure that branding felt cohesive for locations across every state.

According to a recent study by Cisco, over 80% of all consumer web traffic will be video by 2020. We elected to embrace the video trend in order to highlight the File Thru Trial™ process. The target market for legal support services is generally educated and looking for fast, effective, hassle-free service. These consumers know exactly what they want. Our challenge was to communicate the value of receiving these services from First Legal. We created an animated explainer video to visually depict the seamless workflow of the File Thru Trial™ process.

After auditing First Legal’s website, we had access to extensive keyword research and user data. We could see which search terms were driving users to the website, and we used that information to craft a robust content marketing strategy. Over the past year, we’ve created 100+ keyword-rich articles designed to help First Legal rank organically. As a result, their search engine rankings have been consistently trending upward.
