Bright Builders is a full-service renovation company in Los Angeles. As general contractors, the team competes for leads amongst the rest of the construction sector.

In a highly competitive industry, professionalism is critical and it takes hard work to stand out from the crowd. Our strategy was to craft content that would allow visitors to emotionally connect with their vision for home renovation. Before launching their website, we devoted months to web development and consumer research. This allowed us to optimize the website for mobile users, as well as a variety of search terms.

The Better Business Bureau is a well known consumer review organization. Businesses can become accredited by the BBB if they meet all outlined accreditation standards. Among these standards is a requirement that the businesses commit to transparency, honest advertising and resolving consumer complaints.

Bright Builders is not only accredited by the BBB, they have also attained an A+ rating. This is the highest rating available and it signifies a history of exceptional and ethical service. In the construction industry, that excellence can be difficult to find. We worked with Bright Builders to showcase their rating as a unique selling point. As part of our marketing strategy, we integrated their accreditation into future marketing materials materials.

When we began work for Bright Builders, we chose to focus on one specialty in order to maximize immediate results. By temporarily committing to one service, our team was able to create a wealth of effective, targeted content. Within months, we were organically ranking in the first position for ‘garage conversion’.

Currently, we’ve shifted our focus to small kitchen renovation. By creating entertaining, engaging and educational content, we’re able to increase brand awareness while providing value to our visitors.
